Presentation of the Ypsée company.
Ypsée is a service company and councils dedicated to the people wishing to profit from an aesthetic intervention abroad.
The two cofounders
the two founders of Ypsée, Moezz SEDKAOUI and Sebastien VALVERDE met during their year of study with EUROMED Marseilles school of management where they prepared Master Spécialisé in “Management of the Companies of Health”.
They have a common interest for the entrepreneuriat since they make all two party of the club of the contractors of the former graduates of Euromed Marseilles. They intervene regularly at the time of the conferences on these topics organized by association Accede Provence.
Project with the creation of Ypsée
the idea founder of Ypsée was to create a new activity around the still recent concept in France of “the mobility of the patients”. This idea emerged following a course followed by the two founders in 2005 during their Master “Management of the Companies of Health” in Euromed Marseilles.
The object of this course taught by Mr. Karim LARIBI in load of the international relations with the H.A.S (High Authority of Health), was to present the various systems of health in the world and to analyze their assets and their weaknesses.
It appears whereas medical costs of the rich countries (the United States, England, Italy, Switzerland, France…) exploded in 10 years and unrelentingly continue to increase whereas in same time the cover of the public systems of sickness insurance is it less and less important.
This report then explains the appearance of a new phenomenon called “medical tourism”.
However, the interventions known as of “comfort” like the plastic surgery, the correction of the vision to the laser, the dental implants are not dealt with by the sickness insurance.
It is on these badly refunded acts at all or that Ypsée positions.
In order to confront their project of company with a jury of professionals (expert accountants, lawyers, insurers, banks, professors d’ Euromed), the two creators took part in the contest “the headlight with creation 2006” organized by association Accede Provence and under the patronage of Mr. Renaud Dutreil then Minister for SME. The 10 best projects of creation, selected among more than 300 files, are thus rewarded. The project “Ypsée” made party of the 10 prizes winner of the contest.
Since October 2006, Ypsée profits officially from device A2CE within the incubator of Large Luminy. Incubation within Grand Luminy makes it possible the carriers of project to lay out in addition to the logistic aspects and of the invaluable accompaniment of Mr. Pierre Lescaudron and all his team.
In March 2007, the Ypsée company officially was born in the shape of a limited liability company to the capital of 10 000 €, domiciled with the following address:
