Haifa Wehbe, or one of the greatest phantasms panarabes than the world ever knew.
If the women Arab, and more particularly the Lebanese ones, are known for something, it is well for their attraction for the plastic surgery. Rhinoplastie with the implants mammaires while passing by the botox, one goes in the aesthetic surgeon to Lebanon as one would go in the dentist to France.
The surgeons Lebanese détrônent their Brazilian counterparts, thus joining with the firmament of the celebrity the hairdressers and the high-dressmakers Lebanese. In 1980, the number of surgeons plastics technicians was 7. Today they are 70 registered voters at the Lebanese Company of plastic surgery. There is indeed a true race with the beauty.
First National Bank proposes new a personal loan so much financing specifically operations of plastic surgery the passion for the plastic surgery does not cease growing in Lebanon. A woman on 3 would be concerned, of the bank loans are granted, normal, it is the Show Off. “Appearance = success”.
Lebanon positions clearly on tourism of health.
Representatives of the government, doctors specialists, actors of tourism assisted on March 19, with an official meeting marking the phase of launching of “medical tourism” in Lebanon with a presentation of the services and equipment.
Ypsée binds partnerships to Lebanon (Beirut).
Ypsée soon will propose Lebanese private clinics in order to enrich its base by partners by proposing the world destination as regards plastic surgery. Currently in Beirut, the person in charge for the development exchanges with the identified private clinics as well as the medical team which will be made up, between-others, surgeons plastics technicians exerting at the same time in the France and in Lebanon for best dealt with of the patients on the medical level.

Following the various interventions (Newspaper industry, radio and television) on dental tourism like on the mobility of the patients, Ypsée deals with customers more and more. To answer this increasing request, Ypsée enriches its base by dental private clinics Hungarian partners. Within this framework of development, several projects of collaboration were initiated and will lead from here the end of March 2010.
That it is for the installation of dental implants, dental crowns or of dental bridge, to remake its teeth in Budapest in Hungary is a project which must be tallied and organized under best the conditions of hygiene and safety. This process quality-safety-hygiene is in the center of the selection of the private clinics partners (plastic surgery, dental surgery and Lasik) of Ypsée. To evaluate the total quality of the private clinics, the two founders of Ypsée, thanks to their experiment of the management of the companies of health, have draws up handbooks of audits called “schedule of conditions”. The schedule of conditions for the private clinics of dental surgery be elaborate on the reference frames of French dental association ADF.

According to a survey recently carried out for our Topanté magazine by Harris Interactive, the women would be increasingly more inclined to resort to the plastic surgery to erase their small defects. Thus, 45% of the women seriously consider the idea of a recourse to the surgery or aesthetic medicine. 71% think that this practice is with the mode.

In spite of the economic crisis, the plastic surgery would have good back. Better, the number of Frenchwomen wishing to change at least a physical detail of their body would be in increase: according to an exclusive survey Signal Harris Interactive Health, they are 87% to want to change something at them and to reach 45% that point are ready to try the surgery or aesthetic medicine. And what the Frenchwomen would like to correct in priority? Their belly, for 64% among them, the thighs (50%), the buttocks (38%) and the centres (37%). A whole anatomy passed to the female scanner and which could very be also well found under the lancet of a surgeon or aesthetic doctor. Because for 61% of the Frenchwomen medicine and plastic surgery belong to an evolution of the company. And even if 74% declare that it is a phenomenon of mode and that it frightens 71% more of them, 45% of the Frenchwomen are said ready to jump the step.

In third place, probed would like, to 38%, to modify their buttocks. This part of the body, in the order preferably of the operations to be carried out, is followed of very near by the centres, which collect the attention of 37% of the women. 24% of probed post then a preference for a permanent depilation. More concretely, 18% of the Frenchwomen consider a liposuccion belly or hips and 11% want to cross the step to be made operate centres. For the time being, this enthusiasm to change one or more parts of the body takes form only in small proportions: Only 6% of probed would have already had recourse to the plastic surgery such as face lift or liposuccion, and 4% would have called upon aesthetic medicine such as laser, botox or various techniques anti-age.

In the case of aesthetic medicine, the major obstacles dissuading the women to pass to the practice would be the high tariffs of the care (for 48% of probed) and the fact of going against nature (for 47% of the women). On the other hand, the brakes dissuading to pass to the plastic surgery would be initially the fears of the medical continuations (to a total value of 53%) then the high tariff of the care (to a total value of 52%). It should be noted that the men are increasingly present in the specialized private clinics: They account for from now on 20% of the customers of the plastic surgery. Their concern is different, since they privilege the operations of the eyelids and the implants of hair.

A dental implant is a screw, in general out of titanium, that a surgical operation makes it possible to insert in the bone of the jawbones where it replaces the root of the missing tooth. A dental prosthesis is then fixed on this artificial pillar. The technique of the implants makes it possible to replace an insulated tooth, to fill a more or less important vacuum between two teeth, or to fix a removable prosthesis in a jaw almost toothless.
One distinguishes 2 types of dental implants, those fixed on the jaw (juxta-osseous) and those in the jaw (endo-osseous) by far are used. The generally cylindrical forms can also have the shape of cone, disc, blade… Their diameters generally vary between 3 and 5mm and their length between 10 and 15mm. This correpond variety with the diversity of the jaws and that of the encountered clinical cases.
With a rate of success of more than 95% over 10 years, the implantology is a therapy recognized well in modern dental medicine. In spite of its many advantages, this treatment presents also certain risks which the doctor dentist must individually analyze and balance for each patient or patient. Like factors of risks there are thus the parodontite, the excessive consumption of nicotine or certain diseases which influence the cicatrization in a negative way. According to the degree of gravity of the risks, a implantaire treatment must be disadvised.
A dental implant is not indicated or is not the best solution for each patient or patient. A professional appreciation of each case by the doctor dentist plays a determining part during a treatment by implants. Within the framework of an analysis detailed before the beginning of the treatment, the doctor dentist as well as examines and evaluates the oral situation (the mucous membrane, teeth and the bone of the jawbones) the state general of the patient or the patient, in order to evaluate the risks of them and to limit the possible complications.

Diseases

Among the factors of risks during a treatment by implants, there are the diseases which negatively influence osteogenesis or the cicatrization (ex: bad health, diabetes sweetened badly stabilized), of the diseases which can be influenced in a negative way by an intervention implantaire (p.ex. endocarditis, replacement of cardiac valves, Clerc’s Offices of bodies, prostheses articular, rheumatism) and of the lesions of the bone following radio and/or chemotherapies like certain psychic diseases (p.ex. depressions).
The médico-dental problems of the jaw which are not dealt with before or parallel to the treatment by implants (ex: the parodontite, of the sick teeth untreated or necrosed, of the remainders of roots, the pathological changes of the mucous membrane, the local and chronic ignitions of the bone) or certain drugs introduced by the patient, can also influence in a negative way the treatments by implants.

Surgical operation

Any surgical operation presents certain risks which are, at the time of an establishment, similar to those of a surgical extraction of a tooth. Generally, one meets bleedings, tumefactions or hématomes. To contain these risks, it is necessary to cleanse the state of the mouth of the patient or the patient before the installation of the implant, i.e. the mouth must be in a completely healthy state. Using a professional planning of the surgical operation and realising irreproachable operating conditions and more sterile, the doctor dentist ensures a minimization of the postoperative complications.

Phase of cicatrization

In rare cases, implants can be lost because of an infection or a too great mobility during the phase of cicatrization. An optimal oral hygiene and rinsings of the mouth help to minimize the risk of infection. Moreover, an establishment adapted by a specialist ensures the firm integration of the implant in the bone without anticipated relaxation.

Insufficient oral hygiene and nicotinism

The basic condition for long-term success is an impeccable oral hygiene carried out by the patient. The patients and the patients who want to efficiently look after their teeth with instruments such as the manual toothbrush, the electric toothbrush, the dental floss and the interdental brushes, must be initially subjected to a professional instruction by the doctor dentist, respectively by the dental hygienist.
The nicotinism delays not only the cicatrization, but also shortens the lifespan of a dental implant. In general, one cannot define scientifically and in a valid way how much cigarettes per day cause long-term complications since the figure varies between the individuals. By the nicotinism, the carrier of implants reduces obligatorily its general and local immunizing defenses. The squeaking of the teeth during the night is also classified among the risks. In these cases, a shield carried the night can avoid exerting excessive loads on the dental implants.
